Büyükçekmece bridge is a historic bridgewhich connects Büyükçekmece and Mimarsinan. It is only 36 kilometres away from city centre and constructed(1566-1567) between B.çekmece lake and Marmara sea. This bridge had used by Ottoman empire and many civilations and constructed by Mimar Sinan.
Festival area
This is a national park on based 200,000 m2 and contains mosque, bridge, amfi theatre, fountain, museum, sport center, music school, wooden house, tent place and some restaurants
Tuyap fair place
Tuyap congress, exhibition and conference centre is settled 120000 m2(20000 m2 closed area,60000m2 open air place). This centre is the bigest exhibition place all over TURKEY.
Büyükçekmece turkish bath
It is unknown to whom it belongs and constructed in the history. Turkishbath was renovated and opened for the guests.
Sultan Suleyman fountain
This historical fountain is the oldest one and settled next to Sokullu Mehmet pasha mosque,at the same time. Style of the fountain smells classical. There are many things writing on it from history.
